  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To request a return, please contact us at support@skillborne.com. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we have made an error. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days after the returned item has been received.
